By accessing or using the BrainBolt website, YouTube channel, or TikTok account (@BrainBoltDaily), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Description of Service

BrainBolt produces and publishes original short-form educational video content covering science, health, psychology, and general knowledge facts. Content is published automatically through an internal publishing pipeline to our own YouTube and TikTok accounts.

3. Content Ownership

All video content, narration, graphics, and associated materials published by BrainBolt are owned by BrainBolt unless otherwise stated. Background footage and music used in our videos are sourced under royalty-free licenses (e.g. Pexels, royalty-free music libraries).

4. Accuracy of Information

BrainBolt strives to present accurate, fact-checked information. However, content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only and should not be treated as professional medical, financial, or scientific advice.

5. API and Platform Integration

BrainBolt integrates with third-party platform APIs (including the TikTok Content Posting API and YouTube Data API) solely to publish our own content to our own connected accounts. We do not use these integrations to access, collect, or process data belonging to other users.

BrainBolt is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our content or services.
